• You go through the steps filling in your data and choose the account type: online.
• Identification method: information validation if you are already a BT client (the email address must match the one you already have registered with BT).
• You receive an email with a username and a link to set the password.
• Complete your profile data.
• You receive the offer for opening an account.
• You accept the offer and transfer the money to the trading account.
• To activate the account, transfer money from your BT account to the trading account.

When you buy or sell Fidelis government securities on the stock exchange, the total value of the transaction is not just the price of the security, but also includes the accrued interest up to that moment.

What does each term mean:

• Trading price (%) – how much you pay for a security, expressed as a percentage of the nominal value (usually 100 lei).
• Accumulated interest (%) – the interest that has accumulated from the last payment until the day of the transaction.
• 100 – the nominal value of a Fidelis security.
• Number of titles – how many titles you buy or sell.

The formula is:

Example: let's assume the price is 98%, the accumulated interest is 1.5%, you buy 10 bonds, then transaction value=98+1.5100×100×10=995 lei.

Accumulated interest corresponding to transactions with government securities with interest is determined as follows:

What does each term mean:

• Coupon rate (%) – the annual interest offered by the government bond.
• Number of accumulation days – the number of days from the last coupon payment (or from the issue date, if a coupon has not yet been paid).
• 365 – the number of days in a year (used conventionally for this type of calculation).

Example: let us assume that the coupon rate is 7% per year, 90 days have passed since the last coupon payment, then this amount is added to the trading price to obtain the total value of the transaction.

There is no custody fee for transactions in lei and euros.
