In your capacity as a shareholder of APPRAISAL & VALUATION, we inform you that on 14.04.2026, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders took place.

In the context of this meeting, the company's shareholders have decided the following:

I.1 It is approved to increase the share capital by the amount of 400,000 lei, by issuing a number of 4,000,000 new shares with a nominal value of 0.1 lei/share, as well as setting a price for the compensation of fractional shares resulting from the application of the algorithm and rounding of results, in accordance with the legal provisions in force. For each 1 share held at the registration date, shareholders will receive 3.1 free shares.

I.2. Setting the date of 13.05.2026 as the registration date, 12.05.2026 as the ex-date, 14.05.2026 as the payment date.
