The public purchase offer document for shares issued by the company LION CAPITAL S.A. Arad is approved, the offer with the following characteristics:

• The number of shares subject to the offer is 1,100,000
• The purchase price is: 3.25 lei/share
• Period of implementation: 13.10.2025-24.10.2025
• Allocation method: pro-rata Subscriptions are entered from the trading platform, the menu 'Subscriptions/Add subscription'.
